Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30 day return guarantee on purchases of all machinery and tooling conditioned upon machine(s) and/or tooling being purchased at our listed price. Seller reserves the right to reasonably fix, repair, or have repaired the machine at sellers cost in the event there is a repairable issue. Buyer is responsible for the cost to return. To be eligible for a return, machine must be in the same condition in which it was originally sold and shipped.

All machines purchased in which price was negotiated less than asking price are sold "as-is, where-is" not subject to return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Return freight must be prepaid to receive a refund of the original purchase price.
